Waking up with ear worms

Every morning I wake up with a song in my head, usually an obscure one I haven't heard for ages and often the same one.

This mornings is that one that goes 'what we need is a great big melting pot, big enough to take the world and all it's got'. Just going round and round.

at least its better than the strange little 'tune' I had in my head for days, it turned out to be the signture tune from "cittizan Khan" and i only watched it once.

What ever the song is that has the line 'half past quarter to three', it is driving me mad!
