Help needed pse before Mr M explodes!!! Got a 'thingy machine' to convert our home videos to dvd. Will transfer about 10 - 14 seconds of stuff then up pops a window headed " Cyberlink Power Director" and it says - This Video Is Copyright Protected - and the transfer then stops!!! What do we do to get rid of this pse??? Our home movies are definitely not copyright!

Cheers Methyl - the reason I didn't give any more technical is because it is all double-dutch to me! Mr M seems to know what he's doing but got seriously stuck and the video capture unit almost got thrown out of the nearest window!! He seems very pleased when I read him the answer from the link you provided. thank you again.
