I am looking to book an overnight stay in a Gatwick Airport Hotel just before Christmas. Has anyone stayed in one that they could recommend that was within a few minutes from the terminals.

i can recommend thr ibis hotel gatwick.

If you haven't already booked then I can recommend the Rosemead Hotel. Search for their website, my system is down otherwise I would get you the link. Very reasonable rates and extremely comfortable. They even arrange tpt to the airport regardless of what time you need it.
