When I try to access my mobile phone account on the Orange website,
I am being confronted by a page stating,
"There is a problem with Orange website security certificate."
Is anyone else having this problem, or know what is going on?

I've just gone on there and had a look.. I can't sign in, I just get "The site's security certificate has expired!" (SSL error)

Did you proceed anyway or go back?
Question Author
No, Lisa_Louise, I didnt proceed, and left the site.
It may be OK, but I'll leave it a day or two and try again.
I dont think the Orange site is very user friendly at the best of times!

Hi Pete65
I had the same problem yesterday, ignored warning and accessed the site today. Did you receive a letter about 2 weeks ago from Orange/EE ? Orange is becoming EE including the shops. If you type EE into Google you will find more intonation. Hope this helps.

Yes, thank you, bookworm, I got the letter from Orange.
Still wary of accessing an uncertificated site though!
I have checked the letter, ee.co.uk or orange.co.uk/ee

Update!
I have tried accessing Orange website today, and, lo and behold, it was perfectly normal. No website security issues. Thank goodness!
