Hi bunkmoreland, good to know ome one else is awake. About every fourth night I seem to get no sleep for some reason. Mind you I did enjoy lying listening to the rain beating on my window.
rain not welcome here! we have a long history of the dreaded flooding!

Oh dear, not so good then. I am fine as I am at the top of a steep hill so no chance of flooding here. Hope you don't get too much rain.

Many Thanks bunkmoreland, I am obviously a bit slow at the moment.
Try taking Nelson's Aconite 30 pills. They are available from Boots and Holland and Barratt. Little green tub among the herbal remedies. They don't make you feel groggy in the morning like other herbal sleep remedies. I call them chill pills as they are good if you are feeling a bit edgy during the day too. Sweet deams.
Question Author
Thanks, beanebabe, I will certainly try them. I do have sleeping pills but hate taking them, because just as you say, they leave me feeling groggy in the morning.
