Owing to the fact it is now extremely dark at 4am in Worcester the 4am running club will now meet at 7am until spring.

hahaha Craft - thats what they look like - they all run past my place every Wednesday night - its quite a sight to be seen, especially the old guy wth the very loose very short 80's shorts.....he flashes more than his torch....

Surely it's still extremely dark at 7:00 isn't it? I went out from 6:45-7:15 and it was an eerie feeling running alongside the river in the dark. I saw a baby deer this morning. I only did 3 miles today as the weather wasn't too good.
