Here in the U.S., we've used the following technique/product and works well. First, if it's a fresh stain and feels wet to the finger tip, use common kittly litter to absorb as much as possible, Next, Using a stiff, long-handled brush and a solution of trisodium phosphate (TSP) or phosphate-free substitute, scrub the stain. Here, a product called Asphalt King's Oil Spot Stain Remover Degreaser worked well. (Don't use grease/oil remover for concrete... will eat away the asphalt.)
Scrub any remaining spots with full-strength Clorox type household bleach. Wear old clothes, rubber gloves, and safety glasses.
Rinse thoroughly with a hose.
