about two weeks ago,i was a passenger in a car that was shunted from behind while parked ,a big full size car seat that was being delivered to my son flew forward from the back seat and hit me full on ,on the side of my head and ear, quite a bang but not as i then thought serious , but just This last friday night i have started getting sharp sporadic pain in the said area , i must say this is sporadic but it is getting more frequent and more severe i plan to see my doctor asap but anyone have any idea what the cause may be
A footnote to this my wife who was in the driving seat suffered severe whiplash so it was quite a bang

Headaches even weeks after a head injury may indicate intracranial bleeding, but your description does not fit into that group.
After saying that it is difficult to be precise about the cause except to reiterate my comments in the paragraph preceding this one.
I presume that you have taken an analgesic in an attempt to relieve the pain and if it did so, then that would certainly make an intracranial bleed even more less likely.
