apparently this week will be mild, and then we are to expect near arctic conditions from next weekend .. when the clocks go back.

good morning to all - cloudy here but dry, a little hint of something brighter showing. One of my autumn fires is still going so already been out in the garden, re-piling the heap so that it can continue to smoulder.

La Giostra on the Borgo Pinti and the dei Frescobaldi on via dè Magazzini I would recommend ré eating, salla. The Osteria café is a very famous institution too.....

honest boatie its my morning at comp class so before I go .... I have made a chicken & veg soup [ for Chief Stout to help himself] and cooked the dogs liver [ gourmet dog style] among other things. The fog/mist is lifting now so I am hoping on a sunny day 'cos I have done the washing too.Still hyperactive @ 74, one day I will slow down with a big jolt.

Alle Mossacce situated between the cathedral and the Bargello Museum and the Antico Ristoro di Cambi on the via san Onofrio are good cheapo establishments.....
