are you getting anything from using the Prnt Screen button ?.
Make sure the MSconfig window is active and try alt and print screen
this will take a snap of just the the active window, MSconfig in this case.
open up your graphics package Paint or whatever you use, open a new blank document then either use Paste or as has been said use Ctrl-V to paste the screenshot into the document
When you press the PrtScn key, the computer takes an 'photo' of what is showing on your screen at that time and hold it in memory (clipboard) - it doesn't actually print at that stage, so you first need to go through the msconfig etc. until you have on your screen what you want to show the IT, then tap the PrtScn key.
Then follow Chuck's answer or use Word depending on your Window and Works version.
