Fully comp will almost certainly be cheaper than Tpft strange but true.

Yes and it's this sort of anomaly that European court rulings out to be clamping down on instead of the gender discrimination pricing. The idea being that as a customer you're probably a greater risk if you're looking to save money by only getting TPFT cover as opposed to fully comp. But to then make the lower cover more expensive that the greater cover makes absolutely no sense.
