Already answered somewhere: presumably the "O" as a symbol of perfection(there is no Orsini as far as I know)

Thanks for the input, I was puzzled because ORSINO is the character in Twelfth Night, and THE ORSINI are the ancient Italian Family.which is the anagram in the clue.
