Can anyone who uses this site tell me if I look at someones profile, can they see who has looked at it?

I've sort of been chatting to this guy a bit and I know he has a profile on there so I want to be nosey and see what it says. I half heartedly signed up once so have an account (with almost no info or pics on it) but if he saw the name on it he might realise it was me.

I do realise this sounds a bit sad desperate, but I'm intrigued.

My friend was on Match and I`m pretty sure you can see who`s looked at your profile as he used to tell me about it. I think you get an email to say. He married his one and only date and they have two kids now.

Wouldn't the point of having a profile, is so other interested users could look at it. Whats the point of chatting to someone on there, fixing up a date only to find he is past his sell by date in the looks and body department........
