What have been your experiences with high street restaurants? We like Zizzi and Prezzo. Went to a Pizza Express in Buxton a couple of years ago and was told there would be a two-hour wait! Express? Don't think so!

We are going to Jaimie Olivers Italian in Reading on Thursday, daughter bought us vouchers as a present so we are breaking our journey to France with an over-night stop there. Has anyone eaten there?

Don't accept a table upstairs, the acoustics are terrible and you can't hold a conversation because it is so noisy.
