Finally selling my house

Right - I have agreed a price with my son for the house he is living in at the moment - he has/is getting the mortgage in place so what now?
We do not have an estate agent involved so should my next step be to contact my solicitor?

As it's in house so to speak, I'd suggest you both get a solicitor or specialist conveyancer to act for you both and get it processed.
