Could recommend umpteen, (well lots), of great restaurants in my home city, but Paul Rankin's wouldn't even be top ten. As an affirmed fan of Indian cuisine the Ginger Root is a favourite, and is very central.

OH will really appreciate that so thanks for that but I like Cayenne but to be honest too many dolly birds and girls night out so we'll take your advice

The Golden Mile in Belfast is a real nightlife centre. Have you been before? There is a choice of French, Italian and Indian of the finest quality, and all within yards of each other. Lots to see and do around there, you might even coax Sandy out for a drink? If you are there at a weekend I could treat you to free tickets at Linfield, if they are at home.

I'd be happy to buy any Belfast ABers as much drink as they could hold, but not in Cayenne.
I'm too embarrassed to ever go back there. First, and last, time there I ordered a dozen oysters. I'd barely got onto the second of them when Jeanne, Paul's wife, came over and whispered in my ear, 'Some people leave the shells, Sandy.'
