Ah,well, they'd better sue the US as well, since the US must be a party to the enterprise. Of course they've got no case, but it's a possible day out for the lawyers. (We should be grateful to the Daily Mail for bringing this story to our attention. Others might have ignored this nonsense)
I wonder if people would feel so easy about this if a CIA operative had driven up to someone in say Birmingham shot him in the head and driven off.
This man had not been tried - you only have the CIA's word for what he was
Last I heard the deliberate assassination of suspects was something that happened in dictatorships and communist countries.
What next? a snipers bullet to "take out" Julian Assange in the Equador Embassy?
How about a bomb under Arthur Skargill's car?

Really baz?
You realise you're suggesting government death squads
Is that just as long as they're operating abroard or are you in favour of the security services killing suspects in Britain too?
Any court oversight in your scheme? or is it a just open house to kill anyone believed to be involved?
I mean what could go wrong?
After all it's not like you ior I are Brazillian electricians!

Now how did we know it would be you who would give your support for the opposite side?
He was neither killed on the streets of Birmingham, in any foreign Embassy or in a car.
/// He was reportedly killed in a U.S missile attack on a Taliban safe house in Pakistan's tribal areas in 2008. ///
Not safe enough it would seem.

Possibly because I don't support extra-judicial murder
Would you have supported the Americans if they'd shot Christopher Tappin instead of Extraditing him?
I mean if you take their word that this man was a major Al Qaeda figure without evidence - I presume you also accept their word that Tappin was supplying the Iranians with missile parts

I see you have your nob hat on today Jake, living up to your name eh?
This is a complete an utter joke. I wonder what exactly his parents think of terrorist murders. Should we sue Islam eery time they do something?
As far as I am aware the Taliban have declared Jihad, ie war. All is fair in war no mater what the lilly-livered handwringers in Islington think. They will be the first one whinging on when Islamic extremists take a hold.
Just in case you had not realized Jake mate, they tend to be very right wing.

There you go with yet another failed analogy.
Why would the likes of Christopher Tappin be hiding in a Taliban 'safe' house out in Pakistan?
In fact why WAS was the suspected brains behind the July 7 London tube attacks, hiding out in a Taliban safe house, would a British subject likely to have any connection with the Taliban, if he wasn't guilty of terrorism crimes?
