have passed nvq level 2 in care and dont know what job i can do now

You could apply to be a prison officer if that appeals to you. There are a few prisons in central London that are very short of staff at the moment.

Do your level 3 in acute care. This can be done in a hospital setting. You then can apply for Health Care Assistants post which then gives you access to do your nurse training. Just to let you know you need custodial care to help you into the prison service. I know i have done it. Any questions let me know.
