It was really sad. I've been battling mental illness for many years and planned to kill myself this saturday after a long and hard struggle with "Life" which i hated, but this sad story has given me a reason to live as although this story doesn't mean anything to me on a personal level, it has given me a new understanding of lifes preciousness and i want to now use my time, money and resources in helping people in a similar situation.
Banaz Mahmod, r.i.p darling, in a weird twist of fate, your death his given another person life.

All the best and don't give up life is too precious.
I hope you do start to enjoy life and helping others gives you the purpose you need.

Hi there Justice, sounds like you've been in a very dark place for a long time. I'm glad watching this programme (which I didn't see) has given you a reason to live. We all have hidden reserves and sometimes it takes a tragedy to focus our thoughts on reasons for living rather than for dying. Hope sharing has helped a little and look forward to further posts from you.
