What did everyone think of Carol Vordermans dress last night at the awards show?Was i the only one that thought she looked a bit like a trussed up mermaid? And what had she done to her hair? LOL

Yuk yuk yuk. Carol Vorderman is everything I really don't like in a woman.
I don't care whats she dresses like, that's her own business, although I think she generally looks terrible, but she is vain, pompous, unpleasant, self righteous and gloriously unaware of what real life is like for a great number of people who come from backgrounds which are more disturbed than hers and opines long and loud about it in the most sanctimonious way. She actually makes my skin crawl.

I can't say she's ever come across that way to me NOX, and she's hardly from the landed gentry. Having said that, the only telly I've ever seen her on was Countdown.

Hey andy, that Whitely Bloke, have you ever seen that clip on those '' It Will Be Alright On The Night '' where he has a ferret hanging of his fingers whilst doing an interview, well the guy with the ferret was one of my old teachers Brian Plummer. Still makes me laugh when I see it even now.

tonyav - I have, and with the typical nonchelance of someone who doesn't appear to realise that their cuddly pet is actually a savage rodent with a nasty temper - the guy tells Whitely that 'she was only playing ...' and would have bitten through to the bone if she had meant it!

So that's alright then!
