FREEZING FOR CHRISTMAS

Would you cook sausage rolls, etc., before freezing, or freeze after making.
Do I defrost or cook frozen. Thanks.

mallyh - when you say defrost before RECOOKING, do you freeze after
cooking or freeze 'raw' Thanks and sorry I didn't quite understand.

I freeze them raw and cook them once they have defrosted. I think you can still cook them from frozen though.

freeze as raw..then cook otherwise you end up with soggy pastry !

We would certainly freeze before cooking. Can't imagine resisting temptation to test drive them once cooled down a bit.
