I want somewhere on Christmas day where there will be no Christmas decorations in sight and it must not cost me any money to get there.

the best place will be for you is
to stay at home then and do your own thing. That way you do not have to travel anywhere or even have decorations if you do not want to. And if you stay in bed you do not have to eat or drink anything either. Just place a tumbler of water by your bedside in case you get thirsty.
