Domaine de Mont Auriolk Merlot - excellent new wine out of France, classic Merlot with bite from the very south of la belle France, not far from the Med. Wine of the week a Hollick, Hollaia, a Sangiovese/Cab Sauv from Wrattonbully in the Coonawarra, South Oz, a lovely balanced wine, dark plummy, herby flavours from the Sang balanced by the berries of the Merlot. Yum......
