I'm going to have a tattoo tomorrow evening and I'm really nervous. I have others, but I haven't had one for a while. A good few years in fact.
I know you can't drink alcohol beforehand but are there any other tips that may make me more relaxed?

just relax no alcohol before or after or pain killers. nothing that thins the blood otherwise you get excess bleeding and hence heavy scabbing. Dont forget the cling wrap. Enjoy. Who cares if it is wrinkled and grey when you are old. you probably wont be showing off too much skin when old anyway
