Active headrests. Some berk drove into the back of me in my Vectra at the lights. The active headrests meant that the only injury I had was a very slight bruise from my seatbelt. Neck was as right as ninepence.
Actually, no that must be the worst invention ever. Cost me a few grand in potential injury compensation.
