fiteed new heater motor, & fuse & replaced pollen filter heater motor now working well, but very little air comming out of ventsany answers

How did you fit the heater motor?  Is it easy to fit or do you have to take the entire heater matrix housing out?  Maybe you've left a rod disconnected leaving a vent closed, or maybe something is obstructed one of the vents?
