Hello

I was wondering if someone could help clarify something. As a small private business owner, we have a similar corporate business open up just down the road from us. They offer very much a reduced service.

Am I able to do a "comparison" that I can put on our website that shows what we offer above the competition/what differences there are, and I am able to "name" the other business directly?

Thank you,

Lucy

As long as you're truthful then yes.

Just look at supermarket adverts on TV, they directly name and compare their prices/deals with other supermarkets all the time.

Thanks all - as an independent small business we are risk at being shoved out by corporate bigboys. Lots of shiny adverts and special offers but underneath very much a poor service.

Will make sure I have fact to back up any claim.
You could emphasise that you offer tailored personal services that the big chains can't offer - and undercut their prices too?
