Novelty tune

This is a very long shot, but does anyone remember a comedy tune from around the 50`s - 60`s, the first line of which SOUNDS like "sezan is a bon-ic-al man" ? These are almost certainly not the right words, but they sound very close to what was being sung. Good luck!

You're guess of the 1st line brought the tune to mind but I remember it as starting with suzanna's a and so I did a search for those 2 words. I had no idea of the title until then.
