Fresh milk is very cheap in real terms, I pay £1.74 for 6 pints (29p a pint).
So why is butter at its most expensive?

It is nasty UK milk, made from silage and grain fed animals. It is NOT suitable for a healthy diet as the fat ratios are terrible! If you look at it you can tell it's poor quality now, it isn't a lovely yellow colour - which would normally mean you are getting decent nutrition. Inflamey* omega 6 is not yum lol.
