Any ideas on the name of the production company thats makes The X Factor please

According to the tiny print at the bottom of their website it is as follows: THE X FACTOR is a trademark of FremantleMedia Limited and Simco Limited. Based on the television programme "The X Factor" devised and owned by Simco Limited, and co-produced by Thames Television (part of the FremantleMedia Group) and by Syco TV. Their website is on www.itv.com .... just scroll down the right hand side of tv progs listed and its at the bottom. I loved this programme - even better than Pop Idol lol. xxx

Thanks Mrs Cheeks, I did check their website, but obviously I did not look close enough. I enjoyed it too, I found Pop Idol embarrasing to watch, but this was much better.
