Did see one smile once. She was modelling a designer's clothes in a shop in Monaco, and being filmed.As she got to the back of the shop, she noticed a crowd of men had gathered outside at the back window. She flashed them a winning smile and I thought they were all going to faint. ( I, of course, was merely walking by, and barely noticed...). So there may be reasons of health and safety why they don't.
