We had Jamie Olivers 15 minute recipe for a pork goulash type of thing with rice. It took me 1 hour to do, ok but probably not do it again.

Oh I wish I'd seen this last night because a miracle happened and I cooked! Yep, with actual real food and a pan! I made this but I substituted their veg for carrots, broccoli and cauli and it was delicious!
