Earl Grey(the tea that is, not the man himself!!) and a slice of melon. Pretty boring really isn't it? Can't eat too much as I've got a Zumba class at 8am and I don't want to be leaping around with a full stomach.

WoW..bantams..almost forgotten them..we had a back yard full of Old English Game and Polish during the war....we could keep all the eggs as they were too small for the Government packing stations..well that was my dad's excuse...

horrid yoghurt and first lot of medication for the day , awaiting the OH arrising like Venus from the mist (ha ha) the we have a full cooked on the weekends , egg , bacon , sausage ,mushrooms ,tomatoes ,hash brown , toast and coffee . Dont eat again till dinner !!
