how do you view i player on our new hd tv that we have sky on?

If it's Wi-Fi enabled then you need to connect it to your modem. Sky is nothing to do with iPlayer.
press "tv Guide"..........then press the red button (on demand)..........then move across to "catch up"..........an internet connection is required though.

so your sky box needs to be either plugged into or wifi connected to a modem
You can connect your computer via a HDMI cable available in most electrical outlets.
Sky HD+ boxes now have an iPlayer client after a recent firmware update BUT you have to have your SkyHD+ box connected to the Internet (either cable to your router, or with a wireless dongle to your router) to be able use it. Then go to TV guide>red button>scroll across to "catch-up" and you'll find it.

tried tv guide red button and can only see on demand which shows you some of the programmes that you want to watch again, not like iplayer. It's a Smart Tv whatever that means, still not sure what to do. It is also wi fi I think as its an internet TV, have lost the instructions.
