No I haven't had a twisted pelvis.........never.
However it is a diagnosis that i do not recognize and would be interested to know who made the diagnosis.I would assume that you have lower back pain which could be due to more authentic disorders.
How would certainly not subject myself to manipulation until i had had an exact diagnosis.
The first line of treatment, in my opinion, would be light exercise and Nsaids e.g Ibuprofen 600mgms.

By twisted do you mean one side is higher than the other? I was sent to a physio who told me that atilted pelvis was one of my problems. I was sceptical until he called a colleague in and asked them what they saw...she said the same thing. I was still a bit dubious, I didn't have the internet to run to at the time...until I saw the same manipulation done on tv.
I'd say it was slightly better within a couple of weeks, and much better with six weeks but that was by religiously following the exercise routine, sitting correctly, using a lumbar support etc. I've always preferred heat but I have a friend who swears by a cold pack.
Hope you feel better soon.

i went to an Osteopath as I got lower back pain, had been to my surgery 12 weeks ago, nurse diagnosed sciatica, Osteopath said I didt have it, she missed vital pain reaction so now am having treatment, the nerve pain has disappeared already but still have acute aches in my lower back, have been on the waiting list to go to physio but have been told I will be waiting a long time so couldnt wait any longer and fed up of taking painkillers......was given anyitriptaline for nerve endings but it didnt work for me.
