230g water, 450g flour, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 16 dry yeast, 10-20g oil/butter.

Have fun!

From the Goodmans User Guide

Basic White Bread
Water 275ml/9fl oz
Strong white bread flour 450g/1lb
Dried Milk Powder 11/2tablespoons
salt 11/2 teaspoonsCaster sugar 2 teaspoons
Butter 1oz
Easy blend dried yeast 1/2 teaspoon
Programme No1Basic and No2 Turbo
Timer compatible

Basic Brown is the same except you use Strong brown bread flour and soft light brown sugar.
Cook on Programme No 3 W.Wheat
or No4 W.Wheat rapid.
I have found that if you use warm water rather than cold and a whole sachet of dried yeast you get a better result.

I am assuming that you are familiar with the method.

Happy baking and enjoy your bread!
