You might like to have a look at Hobbycraft. I've not bought any stamps, but they do sometimes have card-making demonstrations, so you might be lucky:

answered on your other thread. Don't be tempted to get her cheap stuff because she is a child. They results will be horrible and she will soon be discouraged. If you already have papers and card, go sign up for Pinterest and have a look at what she can make with what you have.
