Can you get Dalmations that are black with white spots? or completely black/white?

In a word - no. Dalmations are by definition white with black spots. There are completely white when born and the black spots develop in the first few weeks/months of their lives.

But you can get them with brown or liver spots and also what is known as lemon spots which are yellowish : )
