I hav been bad with hiccups for a few days now they often develop lnto spasms where i fight for breath, walking through the door l had a spasm but this time i passed out mrs owd was right behind and the door hit her on the head she had a lump the size of a snooker ball on he head, she rang go to doc, when they heard what happend a paramedic appeared ln mins,my blood pres low.i am stlll in,the macmillan nurses came round and have fond me a bed in a top hospice were they inst igate the hiccups
Right Owd...I'm off to put up some more coving. Did downstairs last year with narrow stuff and got a bit cocky...decided I was so good I'd put wide stuff in the bedrooms.
Holy mother!!! What a mess. Put up one side...other falls down. Jump off steps to grab falling end....stuck end comes down.
Adhesive in my hair, down the walls and all over the carpet. And as for mitred corners....well I have a mitre box but not a mitre brain...pollyfilla methinks.
So Owd, winking and bottom pinching allowed but requesting more than one bed bath per day is just not on!
Well Owd....glass of red while chatting to you and the next bit of coving went up a treat......mind you my specs are being re-lensed and the wine was quite large so what will daylight and sobriety bring?
Still, strike while the iron's hot....next bit. Wish me luck. x
Hope you get the hiccoughs sorted out soon and start to be able to get some proper rest, really exhausting thing to have to be putting up with your feeling ill. Much love3 to Mrs Owd and her poorly head as well. i'm thinking of you both :)
Yes indeed gness - in a jesting moment earlier I did invent the bizarre concept of 'Control Thongs' - and to my horror I now find that the bloody things do actually exist :
((owd, and mrs owd)), love to you both and take care of each other x
[i]and btw owd, how do you honestly think //I had hiccups and my wife got battered with a door// is really going to stack up in court, if she's minded?[i] , with *this* lot as character witnesses....
Best wishes to you and to mrs owd (hope her head gets better!) - hospices are great places, you're in the best place for investigating the hiccups. Thinking of you, sleep well tonight x
