windows 8 compatabilty

I have bought windows 8 o/s and have been trying to install a printer Epson dx4000 but so far no luck does anyone know wether I will be able to do this or are the two incomapatible thanks

You could

1) try the Windows 7 driver, but don't hold out much hope.

2) wait for Epson to provide a native driver: http://esupport.epson-europe.com/ViewArticle.aspx?lng=en-GB&kbid=375069

3) buy a new printer
