My sister is British born but lives in Canada and is a naturalised person; in Canada she receives a UK OAP. She is visiting UK next year and has asked whether she would be entitled to free UK health treatment should any be necessary. I would think that she would be, but will seek advice of my own GP. In the mean time - your views please??
