is it glycerine?
a cornflour mixture ? maybe your friend has been watching Brainiacs science abuse as they did an experiment with custard made from cornflour which has this consistency.
yup its cornflour mixed with water, can also do it with custard powder but then its yellow
Yes it is cornflour, but it takes a bit of work to get the consistency just right, keep adding cornflour to water and stirring it until it gets really difficult to stir and keep adding small amounts and you will feel that it starting to behave as the stuff you saw.
