They're getting on a bit. Do you think they might have a sip of Sanatogen before going out on stage now?

The media love to trot out the same old cliches when they talk about The Stones, obviously their readers never tire of them either - however pointless such comments may be.

This was my era Sandy :)) I left school in 1964 when they were most popular .... Couldn't believe to read that Bill Wyman is 76 - good grief it makes me feel so old ....... loved the Stones music, but not them, preferred the Beatles. Mick Jagger is ageing well, has loads of energy for a 69 year old.

"Wrinkly rocker Bill Wyman ..." I have met Bill Wyman and he has enviably smooth skin, not a wrinkle in sight!
The fact is, we have never had 'old' rock stars before, so this is new territory for everyone - the band included, but as long as they are enjoying themselves, and offering value for money, long may they continue.

I saw them three times in the 60s when they were at their best in my opinion. I still have the ticket stubs. Maybe they're worth a bit of money now eh? Brian Jones was still with them then and Keith Richards was still good looking! They were great but don't think I could afford the ticket prices for them now. Up to £1000 for the best tickets. Wow ! With their combined ages, some wags have decided to call them Stonehenge. !!
