I bought a mobile online about a month ago (from an Amazon seller). Within a day I noticed it was faulty - it's a flip top and part of the hinge was missing and thus the screen wonky. I contacted the seller and they were excellent in sending me a replacement straightaway (but did ask me to return the phone recorded delivery at my expense).
Now I've had the replacement less than 3 weeks and damn me if the hinge end hasn't fallen out again and this time the whole screen is black (resets, battery removal not solved it).
Thing is what would you do - ask for a full refund or accept yet another replacement?

Thought you'd say that but to use the phrase - I fed up, I really want this phone!
