turkey you are wot you eat

i got turkey steak from asda in the summer.date was ok. but tasted of oily fish,a bird with fins?never again,go to a real butchers.it wasnt butifull.

That would of been processed turkey, definately not the same. It's like when you go to a Christmas meal and they serve process turkey it is awful. I will stick to the proper thing thank you.

When its a fishy taste which is "gross" i was told its the feed they give the birds to fatten them up, fish heads are what their fed on,uggh

f w s went for a bitter to get rid of the taste,

it still is there just typing it, mackrill. it was a steak, pat,h you are right fat fish tasting birds .women i know have no taste wotsoever

so got away with it.but they did smell of fish
