Update a prawn cocktail - serve on a blini with a sweet chilli sauce or make mini pancakes and served rolled with a little cream cheese on a bed of lettuce
With such lovely ingriedients you want to keep it simple, I personaly would serve up the prawns cold with some rosemarie sauce on the side and the smoked salmon I would serve up with cream cheese and chopped red onion very simple and easy to do with so much other stuff going on.
Make a spicy tomato dressing with fresh or tinned tomatoes, spring onions, horseradish, lemon juice, chipotle paste, a little fresh coriander, salt & pepper.
Make a salad of winter leaves and sliced avocado tossed in oil and lime juice, set the salmon wrapped prawns on top and drizzle dressing over.
I'd be inclined to blitz the salmon in a blender with some philly, lemon juice, black pepper and rock salt and a tsp of horseradish. Place a little of the mousse on to a blini and top with a prawn and little sprig of dill x however many you need to do.
I was heading in the same direction as NoM with the salmon although served as a mousse - which you can make the day before and chill- with the prawns just flash fried with some chilli and garlic
