Busy day, been to the NEC for the Good Food Show. Seemed to have walked miles. Set off early at 8.30 so that was a shock in itself. Got back at 7.00 after a long hold up just as we got on the M42 due to a multiple car crash.Then I had the Sunday papers to catch up on and the Mail and Express General knowledge crosswords to complete. Think I will leave the others until tomorrow.

I've got a busy day tomorrow should be in bed now really, but I can't sleep when I know i've got things to do early. Hope you enjoyed your day, I usually manage to do the crosswords whatever the time.

Methyl I won't be going again tomorrow, it takes me a whole year to recover enough to go the next year. Plus couldn't afford 2 trips!

Headwreck by the time we went past the crash they were clearing the debris, 4 cars no people around so don't know if anyone was seriously hurt. Yes we had fun today, Daughter and I went with friends who drove us there. It's amazing how you get sucked in and pay lots of money that you wouldn't pay locally. Best bargain was cheese. They have an enormous cheese competition and after they sell off a lot of it. £10 and as many cheeses as you can fit in a carrier bag and a cook book. I got 13 cheeses, stilton,cheddar, gouda, parmesan type, lots, I will freeze some and share some with 2 friends. Also bought Sloe Gin, Thorntons toffee liqueur, Chocolate wine, sausages, blackpuddings, garlics far too many things to list on here, but good fun.
