I am considering spending a week at The Hoffman Institute in Sussex. Have any of you AB's been on the course?


It is a self help workshop.

Yes - I went on the process about a year ago (in Oct 04) and so did my girlfriend (in Sept 04). It was an incredibly intense experience but extremely useful and I would recommend it highly. Of the 20 people on my process, around 2 reckon they didn't get anything out of it, but the rest all feel they have benefited substantially.
