Ed – text disappearing under ads – again

I’ve posted a request in R&S asking people not to post long links until this problem is resolved. It’s impossible to understand some of the posts and therefore impossible to respond.

This is a relatively recent problem, so I’m wondering what’s been done during latest attempts to improve the site to create it? Maybe if you retrace your steps, you’ll hit upon the cause. Just an idea.

Good work, Ed. I wonder whether this fix will also solve the problem of excessively long user names or long question titles as these threw out my screen layout even on Chrome

Usernames is tricky Factor as it's quite personal sometimes. We'll get on it soon though.

Can you give us an example of a long title please? Possible as a new question here in the blog or in suggestions?
