Im 17 years older than my wife and I want to look good for her, generaly I am in good shape, I go to the gym, do weights and jog. I have a full head of hair but, why cant I shampoo my eyebrows to look as good as the hair on my head?

If you're serious 'bout this, go to a beautician and get them shaped and cut so that they're managable first....

Men of a (ahem!) certain age tend to grow a lot more hair in unattractive places - eyebrows just being one of them.

Ask your barber to trim them for you - that'll control the rampant growth - anything else wil just look odd, so leave it at that.

You can also purchase an eyebrow comb or brush and just brush them into place daily. Sometimes a dab of Vaseline also will keep them in place.

Mens eyebrows can get bushy and unruly as they get older. I would buy one of those new items on the market that trims hair. Its a small wand with a blade at the end and it says you can do your eye brows with it.

hmm, do you really need to see a beautician? If the hairs are getting unruly just get some nail scissors and snip any that are getting too long.
personally I think that anything past that level of grooming deeply unattractive in a man. vaseline in eyebrows? why not just stick some hair gell in there for good measure? You're a bloke, you're supposed to have bushy eyebrows! By all means pluck out the grey ones (if you have any) seeing as they'll probably be more prominent but I'd leave it at that.
Honestly, I bet no-one other than you even notices them, relax.
